Grief & loss

Grief can follow the death of someone important, pregnancy or reproductive loss, the end of a relationship, or another life-changing experience.

Therapy offers space to process what happened and find a way to carry your loss while continuing to live.

Grief has no set timeline

Grief can affect your emotions, thoughts, relationships and sense of identity. You may feel sadness, anger, guilt, numbness or even relief—and those feelings may change from one day to the next.

There is no correct way to grieve. Your experience deserves patience, care and room to unfold at its own pace.

Support for different kinds of loss

Some losses are openly recognized. Others may feel private, complicated or difficult for the people around you to understand.

I support clients through bereavement, reproductive loss, relationship endings and other significant life transitions.

What therapy may look like

Make space

We create room for the emotions and experiences connected to your loss without judgment or pressure.

Understand what has changed

We explore how the loss has affected your identity, relationships and daily life.

Reconnect with life

Over time, we work toward living with greater meaning and connection while honouring what matters to you.

You do not have to navigate grief alone.

A free 15-minute consultation is an opportunity to share what you are looking for and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
