About Jen
I’m Jen, a Registered Psychotherapist offering online therapy across Ontario and limited in-person sessions in Mississauga.
I believe therapy does not need to feel clinical or intimidating. It can be a grounded space to slow down, speak honestly and better understand what you need. I bring warmth, curiosity and practicality to our conversations, with your experiences and goals guiding the work.
How I work
Our work begins with understanding what feels most important to you and what you hope will change. We’ll take time to make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that make you feel stuck, and find a way forward that feels manageable.
My approach is trauma-informed and draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, guided by your needs and goals.
My background
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as an educator for more than ten years. That experience continues to shape how I work—with curiosity, patience, and respect for the different ways people learn, process and grow.
I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, and a member of both the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association and EMDR Canada. I continue to pursue training that strengthens and informs my work.
Outside of my work, I enjoy volunteering in my community, spending time with family and browsing bookstores with a good cup of coffee.
